Whitney Erwin has been a practicing herbalist for over a decade. Grounded in her deep belief in our body's innate ability to heal itself, Whitney's style is a blend of formal collegiate training, Indigenous wisdom, field work, and personal experience.
She adores working with Tulsi as this plant is renowned in Ayurveda as "The Queen of Herbs."
In regards to Whitney's "5 Holistic Secrets to Vibrant Hormonal Health" on Sept 20th, she says participants can expect to be welcomed into a community of women & benefit from one another's stories.
