We believe being physically active is a crucial component of success in and out of the classroom, and we are dedicated to creating a culture of wellness where all members of the university community thrive. Operating 4 indoor recreation facilities and multiple outdoor spaces on campus, RecWell serves more than 2,500 students and members every day. RecWell offers group fitness classes, personal training, student-led sport clubs, intramural sports leagues and tournaments, outdoor adventure trips, bike shop services, challenge course programs, an 18- hole golf course, swimming lessons, a children’s summer day camp, and more.
