Last week, I shared that we’re merging with to bring everything into greater alignment.

This shift reflects my commitment to making my work more connected.

For the past five years, this page has been a space for connection, collaboration and support, and I’m deeply grateful for everyone who’s been a part of it.

you’ll find reflections, tools, and insights—all rooted in helping each other live with ease and joy.

I’m a trauma and stress therapist, a mom, a trauma educator, and a woman recovering from doing too much. But above all, I’m a person—just like you. Every part of my journey informs the work.

This is not a pivot but rather a re-alignment.

I’ve decided to archive my practice page on FB and IG and consolidate everything into one space: my current page .

In case you're unfamiliar, my birth name is Marjorie. KrikKrak reflects my connection to Haiti and my love for storytelling. (And no, I’m not a chiropractor.) KrikKrak is a traditional call-and-response, an invitation into conversation and connection. It embodies how I show up: present, curious, and open. Just Marjorie was already taken 🙂

In December 2022, I transitioned from managing a group practice to running a solo private practice. In the first quarter of 2023, I shifted from insurance-based payments to private pay only.

This transition wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. I gave my clients six months' notice and wrestled with the decision until the very end—even though I knew it was the right choice for me. Managing a group practice felt like a milestone, a sign that I had "made it." I also thought it was the only way to create my desired impact. But in reality, it conflicted with the harmony I choose to foster every day in my life.

In addition, a year filled with delayed and non-payment from insurance plans made it clear that change was needed.

I’ve realized that my most meaningful work happens outside the boundaries of traditional mental health models. While I respect the role of diagnosis in certain spaces, it doesn’t center my practice. Moving away from insurance gives me the freedom to work more intuitively and intentionally—reconfiguring conventional mental health metrics and offering care that sustains my livelihood and the impact I want to create.

My business page will remain active until the end of the month. I’d love to stay connected—please follow me at instagram.com/krikkrakmarjorie

You may use the link in my bio to connect with the appropriate service for collaboration or services. https://www.ramcircle.com/

I’m excited for this new chapter, which reflects resistance to the capture of limiting beliefs and a continued embrace of presence, connection, interrogation, and levity.

Thank you for your continued support.

SN: Something is off with my website subscription list and should be fixed by the end of the week.
