We are thrilled to announce our Thursday Keynote Speaker, Dr. Brynn Biggs!!!
She is a passionate advocate for expanding access and opportunities for individuals with disabilities, drawing on both her professional expertise and lived experience as a self-advocate and the mother of a child with autism. Her work focuses on special education and career and technical education (CTE), 18+ transition programs, and fostering collaborative practices that prepare students for meaningful postsecondary opportunities.

With over a decade of experience in Texas public schools, Brynn has served as a secondary special education teacher, transition specialist, and 18+ programs instructional coach. She later led statewide initiatives as a Texas Education Agency project manager, supporting districts and educators in strengthening transition services across all age bands.

In addition to her school and state-level roles, Brynn is a sought-after presenter at district, state, and national conferences. She delivers engaging professional development on topics ranging from CTEโ€“special education collaboration to building sustainable 18+ programs. Her approach blends research-based strategies with practical, real-world applicationโ€”grounded in the perspective of someone who has been in the classroom, coached transition teams, navigated the IEP process as a parent, and advocated for disability inclusion on a personal level.
