This is my school workspace. Oof it is cluttered!
Some things you will ALWAYS find on my desk is my shaker bottle and a water bottle.
I start every day with my lean protein shake packed with amino acids and great flavor to keep me going until lunch time.
Also, my water. Staying hydrated during the day is so hard when you can’t just go to the bathroom whenever you need to. But, hydration is KEY to any wellness journey!

Keep a bottle of water on your bedside table. Get some good swigs in before your feet even hit the floor!
It’s a great way to make sure you’re getting enough water throughout the day AND it’s rehydrating your parched cells before your day even begins! Win win in my book 😊

No wonder emotional eating is a thing! But the real question is: how do we help our body produce this happy feel good chemical?
1. Take a high quality probiotic! Don’t have one? Let’s chat! I’ve got the best on the market. 😍
2. Eat foods rich in tryptophan. (What the hell is that?! An amino acid!) things like eggs, cheese, turkey, nuts & seeds.

On the left is the day I started the Tummy Tamer. I was BLOATED! Could not 💩 without some otc assistance. (YIKES!). Random breakouts all over. And I really had to worry about what I was eating. Because I never knew what would stop me up or send me running. Iykyk.
On the right is 2 weeks in! 4 products. Bloating is deflating. I am regular!! Like same time every day regular! I’ve enjoyed some of my favorite foods AND haven’t had any after shocks as I call them 😜.
I am so grateful that the TT came into my life, and you’ll be glad too!
