Alyssa and All Heart Care and Placement is absolutely fantastic and a blessing! So much information was provided in such a caring way. Assistance with placement was conducted with patience, compassion and heartfelt love. Continued care, concern and support has been greatly appreciated. All Heart has been a god-send! They gave me so much information when I needed help planning for dementia care for my parents! Alyssa has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and help guide me when making these difficult decisions. I have recommended her services to quite a few other friends that are in similar situations and don’t know where to go or how to get information. I don’t know what I would have done without them!

Words cannot fully express how thankful I am for Alyssa. We connected in the middle of 2020 after my grandfather passed away and was crucial in helping with the care for my grandmother. This included connecting me to resources, giving guidance/recommendations, providing care services, and so much more. Since I lived out of town, it was absolutely critical that I had a person that was essentially the "boots on the ground" whom I trusted and knew could be an advocate for my grandmother. Alyssa Hunt was referred to me by a member of my church. I needed to find a placement for my neighbor and friend(she has no family). I called Alyssa right away-she returned my phone call very quickly that same day and then came to meet with myself and my neighbor that evening. Alyssa was kind-compassionate-and knowledgeable. She treated us like family. I was under a lot of stress taking on all my neighbors business-she made the whole process so relaxing and easy for me. After talking with us she knew exactly the right place for my friend. During those days she would text or call me to see how things were going. She was never too busy to address my concerns. Alyssa Hunt is so many things! During the past 3 years my brother, husband and I have been involved in the care of my parents. Alyssa has been our go-to person for so many tasks and decisions.

Here is a laundry list of some of the things she has helped us with: choosing a senior community for my parents who needed memory care & assisted living, helping us find new doctors, relocating my parents, advocating for best care, troubleshooting & problem-solving, connecting us to extra caregivers, helping at the hospital and during rehabilitation stays, supporting us through my dad's passing and relocating my mom to a new community. If she could not directly help us, she connected us to someone in the area who could.

She is never more than a phone call or text message away and is very empathetic, knowledgeable and loyal. I highly recommend her to anyone who is needing assistance with anything related to a loved one's journey through their senior years.
