Ready to kick it up a notch?
This is the perfect time for a little challenge. Here it is…
Pick ONE HABIT you already know will move the needle for you this week, and maybe this entire season.
It should be something that you know you can do with a little effort, but that will also make you feel proud of yourself for accomplishing.

Maybe it’s…
Packing your lunch instead of grabbing takeout
Choosing fruit for your afternoon snack
Aiming for 8,000 steps a day
Then, do it!

Here are the specifics of your September challenge:
➡️ Pick one simple habit
➡️ Do it every day for the next 7 days
➡️ Keep it small enough that you can’t “fail” at it, but meaningful enough that you’ll feel proud for sticking with it
