When you’re young, you create these unspoken goals, like sign posts for your life ahead, so when or if they happen, you’ll be able to say “hey, well done, you made it”… being included in is one of these dream come true for me.
As a dietitian, I’ve read this magazine for decades— it’s trusted and valued in my profession. This month, a lovely review of my cookbook was published in it. Reviewed by a dietitian of the highest caliber, Kellie Blake I’m honored and thankful she appreciated my recipes and how they serve allergy and food sensitivity communities.
My hope is that my gluten- and dairy-free cookbook continues to get into the hands of folks who need it and brightens their days. ☀️ Unlike anything else, food has a way of connecting us all.
