Therapeutic drumming offers a fun, lively exercise group to enhance strength and activity tolerance. 🥁 It not only integrates physical, emotional and neurological benefits, but it also supports movement and regulation of sensory systems.

🎵 Rhythmic movements set to music and facilitated by therapist also proves to lower cortisol and reduce perceived exertion. We have had a blast in our therapy groups introducing drumming. We love the groups we have weekly and find it a lively interactive therapeutic process. 😁
