The Empowering U Center is the home of Pillars of Light and Love and a variety of Therapists and Stress Management Specialists. Pillars of Light and Love offers workshops, support groups and a variety of empowerment programs for ages 5-adult. The center is focused on helping kids, teens and adults to reduce stress, cope with life and improve relationship skills to lead positive, happy and confident lives!
