Friendships are supposed to feel supportive, not like a second job.

If you find yourself constantly analyzing conversations, feeling responsible for someone else’s emotions, or leaving hangouts completely drained… that’s information.

Healthy friendships feel steady. Safe. Reciprocal.
Not perfect. But balanced.

And if you’ve normalized being the “strong one,” the “planner,” or the one who always adjusts, it makes sense that this might feel confusing.
