Feeling a little off? Hold on tight as we continue through Mercury Retrograde! The energies are off the charts, and I tell you, I can feel it. Headache for 5 days straight, not sleeping and feeling the tingling energy all around me with ears ringing louder than I’ve ever experienced. Crazy? Yes. But needed? Absolutely. It’s a time to release release release. Let go of what is no longer serving You. Let in the new energy with as much love & light as possible. I was one of many who was able to experience this very unique and incredible experience with Brian Lottman yesterday at my Reiki Practice Balance Mind, Body & Spirit Reiki & Wellness Studio with Michele. “Brian travels the world, sharing his love of the spiritual quest, exploring spiritual destinations, and meeting spiritual masters. He holds inspirational talks on meditation, spiritual healing, ancient Vedic knowledge, the stories of sages, and his own exciting adventures.” The wisdom Brian shared with us on spirituality, brought a sense of peace, reflection, and deeper understanding for me.

His teachings were both grounding and inspiring, and I feel truly honored to have received his guidance.
