I am incredibly grateful to have been a part of this amazing Women's Wellness Day Retreat ✨

McKenzie from Live WELLthier did an incredible job of putting this event together, where women can gather, experience wellness together, and walk away with new friends, near and far. 🌿

I was incredibly humbled to be asked to kickstart the event with a Sound Bath for our guests. It was a beautiful moment to play for so many, and I look forward to more events in the future. 👏

If you feel like you are always the light for others, then surely are a light worker. And being a light worker is not always the easiest job we chose when we came here. However, we did in fact choose it 🥹 But it gets tiring when all you want is to spread Love & Light into the World, but you don’t exactly always receive it back. In fact, most times others are trying to shut down your light.

You are meant to be this bright light in this World, and I promise you - I SEE YOU!!
