Some fun with letter formation! In our Mindful Kids groups we offer ways to work on the fine motor, visual motor, gross motor, sensory integrative and social skills required for a successful experience in the school setting.

While all children are unique and require different types of input to help regulate their behaviors, proprioceptive input is a common need.
