Screaming a huge shout out to all nurses in our lives - our residents, family members, vendors, partners… we are so grateful for the work you do. 🫶🏼
But we must highlight our special ones…
Valerie the way you have been BLOOMING into your roll as a Director of Health and Wellness has been a privilege to see. I’m grateful for your partnership, strength, integrity, and intellect. You are incredible at what you do. Great things to come!

Aslihan, the regular compliments I hear from our residents and families about you is heart warming. You just genuinely care, you cannot teach that! Besides your amazing care you are organized and hardworking. It’s been great to see you grow as a supervisor!!
Mary maybe the sweetest woman ever! Everyone in healthcare knows all the bad things happen at like 4pm especially on a Friday. Well Mary works 3-11 😳 Mary handles any emergency with calm and care. I’ve ran to her not only about residents but emergencies with staff and she jumps without question! Not sure what I would do without her.
Dawn there are some people you just instantly know that you need them to work for you. I felt it the minute I sat down at your interview and boy were we right. I just know great things are on the horizon and you are a big reason for it.
I don’t know how Morningside House of Collegeville got so lucky to snag the best of the best! Thank you for your compassion, dedication, and tireless hard work to ensure the best care for our residents!
