Let's break in the Backyard together! Join us for the Grand Opening weekend of the Shops at Highland Village's newest outdoor gathering space. With comfortable turf, flowing water fountains, shade spots, and fresh air, this may just be our new favorite spot to soak up the sun salutations!

This free event class is an all-levels feel good flow, open to yogis of all ages (children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult please). Please bring your own mat or large towel to move comfortably on the turf or concrete space. Pre-registration is required for all participants. 🌿🌻 FOREST BATHING YOGA + MEDITATION 🌻🌿
Join us on Sunday, April 6th for a 2 hour yoga and meditation experience in nature. Spend time exploring the Earth, Wind, and Water elements in this forest bathing event led by Sandy . We’ll begin with some light standing yoga, a centering and meditating session utilizing the senses, followed by “invitations” to connect with nature. At the end of our time together, we gather to share our experiences over tea foraged from plants in Sandy’s garden.
