BG recovery is 5 years old. Thank you to everyone. The clients, the encouragers, / , and on and on.....
Crazy to think a plague almost shut it down before it even started.

I've enjoyed the conversations, funny stories, clients never hearing of the avett brothers or if Purdue won, and way too many treats at Christmas. Most of all keeping yall moving and being part of recovery is what means the most . Let's keep it going!!

Not 100 degrees... so we took a walk. We had no idea we'd be wearing the same hat. We both have appointments available and work in air conditioning

Relaxing. Recovering. Returning. It's the goal. Not the best at posting, but we are still here helping achieve goals. Each client might have a different objective, and BG recovery tailors each session for the client. Appointments are available for massage, stretching, or both!!!
