Fabricating silicone solutions for the prosthetics industry

This prosthesis was fabricated for a welder. His prostheses needed to accommodate a welding gauntlet to protect him and his prosthesis from 'weld spatter' - the droplets of molten metal that are thrown off during the welding process. A custom prosthesis ensured that the gauntlet would fit perfectly, with the bonus of having it all color-coordinated. It's fire. 🔥

Spring is here, and flowers are blooming everywhere! With the change in seasons, we have received numerous requests for floral designs on prostheses. The purple rose pattern contrasts nicely against a white background on this pretty transhumeral, myoelectric prosthesis.

Pastels aren't just for Easter eggs. Pinks and purples create a charming combination for this transradial prosthesis. A matching 3D-printed slug was included for the little girl receiving the prosthesis, just because we can. 😍

Deuces Wild! ♠️♦️♣️ The client requested a bold design for his bilateral BK prostheses to showcase his passion for his favorite Vegas games. We used iconic casino imagery to create a custom design that personalized these BK prostheses. RevoFit® systems from were utilized in both prostheses for an adaptive, adjustable fit. The odds were definitely in his favor with a & 14ELMT pairing, and we all felt like winners seeing how happy he was with the results. His smile says it all. 🎰

As they say on the London 'Tube'...Mind the Gap! 🚇

Not a flashy product, this rather humble-looking silicone cap can add comfort and create a more intimate fit within an off-the-shelf AK liner. The vertical lines on the cap are to assist with alignment. This resulting hybrid solution offers the benefits of a custom distal cushion in an off-the-shelf liner.

The custom cap eliminates gapping between the liner and limb so that the user's limb is fully supported, tissue is better managed, and there's added cushion where needed. This single insert can replace the multiple socks used by some AK wearers to achieve a good fit. It's time to ditch the socks! 🚫🧦

This monochromatic prosthesis for a client with a wrist disarticulation shows off 14ELMT color-matching ability (in multiple materials). We were tasked with color-matching the 'Sand' color of the Taska CX hand for the silicone socket and carbon fiber frame. We used the lighter sand color for the frame and the darker (fabric) portions as the color reference for the silicone socket (with our ELASTO-fit feature). Using the two 'Sand' colors makes for a cohesive-looking prosthesis.
