I get a lot of questions about any number of ailments in the body and people want to know if acupuncture will help. TCM- traditional Chinese medicine includes acupuncture & herbal medicine. It is a beautiful system of medicine that works to reduce inflammation and help the body come back into balance. Reducing inflammation & balancing the energy of the body = healing. The best part is you don’t have to wait until you have pain or get sick. I encourage everyone to start enjoying the relaxation & benefits of acupuncture for themselves before something happens so we can just stay balanced & healthy.
