The new phone system is finally activated! We appreciate everyone’s understanding over the last year as we dealt with lack of staff and technical issues. Better times and care are here!
With the new phone system, there is a phone tree with multiple options for you to choose from. Please, listen to all of the options and select the option that best fits your needs.
As we are still adding staff to the office, there will be moments a line may not be able to be answered. For this, we have a voicemail system that comes straight to office staff instead of an answering service. If you are unable to get through to a staff member, please leave a voicemail and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
To allow us to properly assist everyone, please allow 2-5 business days for a call back for appointments, nurse questions, and billing inquiries. All prescriptions will be sent within 48 hours unless the office is closed. There will not be a call back for prescriptions unless there is a discrepancy.
