Do you know the difference between stress and anxiety? 🤍

Stress is typically connected to a specific stressor — work, school, relationships, or a life event. It often improves once the situation changes.

Anxiety, on the other hand, doesn’t always need a clear trigger. It can linger, even when there isn’t an obvious cause. 🌿

Chronic stress — when stressors are ongoing — can also begin to feel similar to anxiety, affecting sleep, thoughts, emotions, and overall regulation.
