This class focuses on nurturing and strengthening the pelvic area through mindful movement, breath, and body awareness. It is designed to support overall pelvic health, whether you’re looking to address discomfort, improve posture, enhance pelvic floor strength, or increase overall function.

In this class, we will use gentle, therapeutic movements combined with breathwork techniques to activate and relax the pelvic muscles. You’ll explore exercises that target the pelvic floor, hips, core, and lower back, all while learning how to connect these areas to improve mobility and function. This holistic approach encourages deeper understanding of your body and promotes better balance, stability, and vitality.

Slow Flow is how I love to practice and teach! I’m often told that my classes are “sneakily hard”. This practice allows for deeper body awareness and intentional breath & movement.

Outdoor Yoga is held on the Vista Deck at Cooper River. There is something incredibly special about joining together as a community and being by the water. Even on the hotter days, there is a gentle breeze and it feels like a friendly reminder that we CAN do this.

Hey hey! In addition to my weekly classes at & I have a few special offerings this month!

Tonight’s Roll & Release Class is at 7pm - open to members and non-members

Thursday’s Pelvic Wellness Class at is geared towards those currently pregnant or planning.

Thursday June 26th Roll, Release, Restore is a combo of self myofascial release with a nourishing yoga flow.

And you can join me weekly - including Outdoor Yoga at Cooper River on Wednesdays 9:15am. Class is free but must pre-register by 4pm the day before.
