We are looking for a skilled and compassionate licensed Massage Therapist to join our team, specializing in prenatal and postpartum care.

Our practice is dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, offering a warm, nurturing environment where families feel seen and supported.

The ideal candidate has experience working with pregnant and postpartum clients, understands the unique needs of the perinatal body, and is confident providing safe, tailored therapeutic touch.

This position is perfect for someone who values community-centered care, enjoys collaborative work with other perinatal professionals, and is passionate about helping parents feel more comfortable, balanced, and connected in their bodies.

Being part of The Pod can change how the early weeks of motherhood feel.
Not because the hard parts disappear, but because you don’t have to face them by yourself. 💜

One mom recently shared:
“Being part of The Pod was incredibly meaningful to my postpartum journey. I met four wonderful first-time moms and their babies. This group, with Sarah’s guidance, normalized everything postpartum, supported me when everything felt new and foreign, and set me up for success going into motherhood. I’m still friends with the moms from the group. The space was invaluable. I would recommend it to everyone.”

The Pod is a 4-week supportive group for new mothers and their babies, led by Sarah Hastings, MSW, IBCLC.
We share. We learn. We breathe. We remember we are not alone.

BABY & ME YOGA - WEEKEND EDITION!
Once a month, we’re offering a Saturday class!

Baby & Me Yoga focuses on gentle yoga for mind-body wellness along w/ baby bonding time. We’ll practice poses w/ babies on the mat, in arms, or option for baby wearing. It’s a great way to connect w/ your little one + others on the parenthood journey!

Class is for caregivers w/ babies (up to pre-crawling.) No yoga experience necessary.
We suggest bringing a baby blanket + yoga mat. Pre-reg required.
