We’re so excited to welcome Colleen () to our teaching schedule! She’ll be taking over the 4:30pm Slow Flow on Wednesdays starting this week!

Colleen has savored the physical practice of yoga for over ten years and recently completed her 200 hour RYT training and mentorship at OHMGrown. Her comprehensive training deepened her love for the asanas while sparking a passion and appreciation for the philosophies and other pieces of the practice that make up yoga's rich history. One of Colleen's favorite things is to share her passions with others, whether it be the phases of the moon, her favorite comfort show, what she is reading, or in this case her deep rooted love of intentional embodied movement.

Off her mat, Colleen loves living in such an inclusive walkable small town and connecting with members of the local community over a handcrafted beverage. She hopes her class offers a supported place for people to grow in their love of themselves and their practice. Colleen also looks forward to continuing her study of yoga and strengthening her practice alongside this incredible community in some of the studio's other offerings.

Set some time aside next Thursday to unwind deeply with a therapeutic yoga class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and reset your nervous system.

Combining gentle yoga poses with myofascial release techniques—using massage balls, foam rollers, and guided breath-work—this class, led by , targets the connective tissue (fascia) that can become tight from stress, injury, or repetitive movement. This practice is perfect for all levels and especially beneficial for those seeking relief from chronic tension, stress, or physical fatigue.

Come prepared to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter and more at ease in your body.

Whether you’re easing into movement, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking a mindful pause in your day, Chair Yoga offers gentle, supported practices to help you feel centered and refreshed.

Each class will include simple breathing techniques to calm the mind, gentle seated and standing poses using a chair for support, and space to connect with your body in a safe, welcoming way. No experience is needed—just bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and come as you are.
