This gentle workshop weaves together mindful movement, intentional breathing, and soothing self-massage techniques to ease tension, promote relaxation, and restore balance. This is your time to slow down and nurture yourself from the inside out. No experience is necessary but please be prepared to spend the evening on your yoga mat.

Decker is a recent graduate of Ithaca College’s Sound Recording Technology program, where he studied classical guitar under Dr. Pablo Cohen and explored music from the baroque to the modern era. His performances are deeply influenced by composers like Bach and Barrios, blending timeless classical tones with soulful improvisation.

Gather in community and experience the uplifting power of chanting. Through this practice we activate joy, enhance focus, raise both individual and collective vibrations, and foster a sense of calm and connection.

In November, our Chanting Circle will be guided by . Expect shorter chants with lots of stories about their meanings. You'll be guided call and response or invited to chant along together. Lots of space for making and taking in sound.

No experience needed. Excellent singing voices welcome but not necessary!

This Friday the band is back for an evening of deep restoration and release as we honor the season of letting go.

On October 24th will guide students through a grounding Autumn Yin yoga practice while offers hands-on Reiki to support energetic balance and renewal. All of this unfolds to the enchanting live sounds of , whose music will carry students deeper into stillness and surrender.

We’re so excited to welcome Laura (.lauralynn) to our teaching schedule! She’ll be taking over the 4:00pm Slow Flow on Saturdays starting this week!

Laura loves to share her passion for yoga and the mind-body connection it cultivates. She’s inspired by the life lessons that are woven into the practice—the little gems you can take with you off the mat. Her classes are intentional, grounding, and creative, with plenty of freedom to make the practice your own and take up space. With good music, fun, and a touch of spice, Laura invites students to have an experience while moving their body, breath, and energy. All are welcome—whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll always find something creative and interesting in her class.

Laura enjoys mindfulness, meditation, and embracing the slow life—those subtle, quiet moments in between all of the big ones. She loves nature and does her best to spend as much time in it as possible. Always reading a few books at a time and juggling several creative projects, Laura is a weaver, knitter, and crocheter whose life is happily ruled by what good meal she’ll be eating next.

She has been facilitating breathwork groups for nearly two years and is deeply passionate about offering people the opportunity to find healing within their own bodies simply by using the breath.
