We’re so excited to welcome Laura (.lauralynn) to our teaching schedule! She’ll be taking over the 4:00pm Slow Flow on Saturdays starting this week!
Laura loves to share her passion for yoga and the mind-body connection it cultivates. She’s inspired by the life lessons that are woven into the practice—the little gems you can take with you off the mat. Her classes are intentional, grounding, and creative, with plenty of freedom to make the practice your own and take up space. With good music, fun, and a touch of spice, Laura invites students to have an experience while moving their body, breath, and energy. All are welcome—whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll always find something creative and interesting in her class.
Laura enjoys mindfulness, meditation, and embracing the slow life—those subtle, quiet moments in between all of the big ones. She loves nature and does her best to spend as much time in it as possible. Always reading a few books at a time and juggling several creative projects, Laura is a weaver, knitter, and crocheter whose life is happily ruled by what good meal she’ll be eating next.
She has been facilitating breathwork groups for nearly two years and is deeply passionate about offering people the opportunity to find healing within their own bodies simply by using the breath.
