Shadows & Drums is a primal, ecstatic dance journey guided by with guest facilitators DJ Micah, Cat, and Katie leading you into embodied ritual, raw movement, and collective release.

The evening opens in circle with intention setting at our elemental altar, then builds through guided primal movement, polyrhythms, deep bass, and full body expression. You will explore playful, consent based partner connection before dropping into an extended free dance where shadow, instinct, and joy are all welcome. The night gently winds down with grounding stretches and a nourishing sound bath to help you integrate and land.

Our original dates were postponed due to the Great Snow & Ice Storm of 2026, but that simply means another opportunity to join us. We’ve rescheduled Yoga Foundations for Friday evenings in April.

In this two-week series, we’ll explore the essentials of a well-rounded practice in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Through a workshop-style approach, and .collins will help you gain a deeper understanding of foundational yoga poses (asanas), including proper alignment and modifications tailored to your unique needs. They'll also introduce breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and yoga philosophy to help you cultivate a practice that feels both grounded and empowering.
