We kicked off 2026 with a burst of energy at our first Cognitive Connections session of the year!

From belly laughs during yoga to competitive “name‑that‑tune” moments, the Collingswood Senior Center was buzzing with connection, movement, and music — all scientifically shown to support early brain health.

What makes this monthly program special isn’t just the activities…it’s the people. The stories, the smiles, and the genuine sense of belonging remind us why early‑intervention brain wellness matters so much.
