Isaiah 40: 28-31: "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary;
they shall walk, and not faint." The eagle is the king of the birds. What the lion is to the animal world, the eagle is to the bird kingdom. No other bird compares with the eagle in superiority or power. There aren't as many in the world today as there were in ancient times
when every mountain peak was crowned with an eagle's nest. The eagle is mentioned 32 times in the Scriptures. In our text Isaiah said, "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles." (Isaiah 40: 31)
The prophet is saying that those who yield their lives and surrender
their wills to God shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles. God promises that you and I can be eagle Christians. Holistic medicine - a system of health care which fosters a cooperative relationship among all those involved, leading towards optimal attainment of the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of health. GUIDELINES FOR A KING
17 The king MUST NOT take many wives for himself, because they will turn his heart away from the Lord. And he MUST NOT accumulate large amounts of wealth in silver and gold for himself.
18 “When he sits on the throne as king, he must copy for himself this body of instruction on a scroll in the presence of the Levitical priests. 19 He must always keep that copy with him and READ IT DAILY as long as he lives. That way he will learn to FEAR THE LORD his God by OBEYING all the terms of these instructions and decrees. 20 This REGULAR READING will prevent him from becoming proud and acting as if he is above his fellow citizens. It will also prevent him from turning away from these commands in the smallest way. And it will ensure that he and his descendants WILL REIGN for many generations in Israel. When you are IN LOVE w/ Christ.. The Holy Spirit will renew you and give you the STRENGTH out of nowhere to do things for the Lord... strength from seemingly nowhere because its coming FROM LOVE... The most powerful FORCE known to man... Don't ask God to Obey, don't ask God to read your Bible More, Don't ask Him to MAKE YOU DO ANYTHING... Ask Him to make YOU closer to Him... Ask Him to KNOW Him and LOVE Him. (That's the prayer he's been waiting for!) Tell Jesus you genuinely want to "FALL in LOVE" with Him. Try that out before you KNOCK this "religion thing" ~ Try RELATIONSHIP. Soon you will find your "YOKE-LIGHT" and everything you once failed (by your own "religious effort") will be easily done from a place of reverence and love. God Bless. Like Jonah, if we are not careful, we can be spiritually “looking good” on the outside, but far from God in our hearts. He is most interested in what we are like on the inside. His Word is “sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit” (Heb. 4:12). With it, He performs divine surgery to remove the greed, dishonesty, hatred, pride, and selfishness that live in the deep shadows of our hearts. ~ ODB 6/4/12

He calls us JUSTIFIED and RECONCILED (Rom. 5:9-10); FORGIVEN, holy, and beloved (Col. 2:13; 3:12); CHOSEN and faithful (Rev. 17:14). Remember how God sees you and seek to let that define who you are. NO ONE CAN STEAL YOUR IDENTITY IN CHRIST.

Proverbs 11:7 ~ When the wicked die, their hopes die with them, for they rely on their own feeble strength. My 2 Cents: The strongest man's human willpower is still nothing compared to a weak man that relies on The Lord. Depending on The Lord is true strength and is the only way you can be all you were designed to be. You were designed to worship, have fellowship and depend on Him. He delights in making the weak strong... (weak meaning any area of your life where you could be weak... we all have weaknesses and strengths...) He just wants to LIFT YOU UP. Wont you let him? Give it to God. This idea of surrendering to God can be seen in Paul’s life as well. His surrender came after the problem—“a thorn in the flesh”—had developed (2 Cor. 12:7). Paul prayed repeatedly about this difficulty, pleading for the Lord to take it from him. But God responded, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness” (v.9). Understanding this, Paul adopted a positive view: “Most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. . . . For when I am weak, then I am strong” (vv.9-10). Yes you can be humble yet exhalted at the same time.. In our weakness we are made STRONG. See, I'm humble to my Lord. I hold Him in supreme reverence and LOVE... yet I am arrogant to negative circumstances, obstacles, principalities and demonic forces... they are an inferior force to the ANOINTING I have in Christ. As for people? My fellow man? The God I hold in reverence has commanded me to Love them like he loves me... forgive them like he forgives me & since I LOVE Him wtih all my heart, all my soul, all my mind and all my strength I will obey.

Me, calling myself an "Anointed King" is the equivalent of stating, "I wear my crown." It's not a statement of arrogance but rather a statement of spiritual awareness and assertiveness created by a strong faith within me. True believers are all Kings & Queens and during "Christ's time" when one was anointed a King with oil:

4 And the men of Judah came, and there ...they anointed David king over the house of Judah...) then an actual physical crown was not needed. (This is a spiritual matter anyway). See there are spiritual forces from the adversary that are battling for your "crown" ~ your entitled dominion, your destiny as a Child of God and you have to be aware of that. For example, we know through "his stripes we are healed" when He died on The Cross 2000 years ago (and rose again) but sickness still tries to come and we come against it on a spiritual element. It's the same way with your obligated victorious destiny. It's important you know who you are and what's entitled to you. You should not be living anything less than a victorious life through Christ. It's not just about Heaven & Hell... There are spiritual gifts far SUPERIOR to any "pleasure" you are trapped in through sinning and embracing your carnal desires.

A BURNING and a SHINING LIGHT! This is who God has called you to be. Don't hide your light. Show it off to the world to see. Someone in darkness is waiting for your light to shine upon them. When you let your light shine, the whole world celebrates with you. You don't need to step into light, you are light yourself. You bring light to dark places, situations, etc. When there are problems in the world, see it as an opportunity to be challenged and stirred. "When men are cast down, thou shall say there is a lifting up" (Job22:29). Do not let your heart to be afraid. Don't drown with the world. Just believe, see it and show off your LIGHT!
