Had a great time at the Sysco Food Show at Bridalwood Barn! Fresh produce displays, delicious samples, new menu ideas, and so many fun products to try — from Sidewinder fries to bakery treats. Katelyn & Brittany represented Covington Ridge perfectly and found lots of inspiration for our menus!

On Friday we had the honor of witnessing a truly special moment — the Mississippi House of Representatives issued an official State Proclamation recognizing Herman Campbell for his lifetime of service, leadership, and devotion to both community and country.

With 40 years of dedicated service in our schools and more than 60 years of faithful commitment to Collins Methodist Church, Herman’s impact is woven into the very fabric of our town.

Surrounded by friends, family, and community leaders, he was celebrated just as he deserves — with gratitude, admiration, and deep respect. Congratulations, Herman. Your life of service continues to inspire us all!

Today, Covington Ridge had the honor of recognizing Mr. Doug Headrick for his dedicated service to our country. Mr. Headrick was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation in gratitude for his sacrifice and commitment to protecting our nation’s freedom.

We extend our deepest respect and appreciation to Mr. Headrick and to all veterans who have served with courage and honor.

A huge thank you to our friends from the Hattiesburg Zoo for bringing some amazing animal ambassadors to visit our residents! Everyone loved learning about and even getting to touch snakes, turtles, and other creatures up close.

Things got sweet and sticky at Covington Ridge! Our residents dipped crisp apple slices into warm gooey caramel and piled on all the toppings — M&Ms, chocolate chips, toffee bits, and more! Nothing says fall fun like caramel-covered smiles and good company!

🎃 Pumpkin Decorating Contest Fun at Covington Ridge! 🎃

Our team showed off their creative side during our annual employee pumpkin decorating contest — and wow, what a lineup! 🍦🛁🍬 From banana split sundaes to bubble bath beauties and bubblegum machines, every pumpkin was full of imagination and heart. 💕

Our residents had a blast helping pick their favorites — and we loved seeing all the smiles and laughter along the way. 🥰

A huge thank-you to our amazing staff for bringing the fun and to our residents for being the best judges around!
