Hello everyone!
First, I want to thank all of my wonderful repeat and new clients for trusting me with your care . I truly appreciate each of you. 💛
That said, I need to address a small but important business matter. In the beginning, I chose not to require a card on file because I understand that life happens and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. However, there have been a few instances of no-call/no-shows, which impacts not only my time but also other clients who may have wanted that appointment.
Moving forward, I’ll be requiring a card on file when booking. This will only be charged in the event of a no-call/no-show, to help cover the reserved time slot. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support!
