Feeling anxious? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck in that spiral. Anxiety can show up in everyday moments and feel overwhelming, but there are ways to ground yourself and find calm.

Here are a few simple tools that can help you manage anxiety when it hits:

- Name what you’re feeling
- Try a grounding breath (in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4)
- Challenge anxious thoughts—what else could be true?
- Step outside for a reset
- Reach out to a trusted friend or counselor
