Self care is the intentional process of taking initiative to maintain or enhance your physical, mental, and emotional health.
It can look like getting rest, listening to music, spending time with someone, playing games, hygiene practices, journaling, physical exercise, or reading.
There are endless ways to take care of yourself. Self care is unique to every individual.
