Many people ask what my work as a Reiki/energy healer and shamanic practitioner is really about.
At its heart, my work is about helping people return to balance and reconnect with their deeper wisdom. Using gentle but powerful practices, I support clients in:

~Restoring harmony in body, mind, and spirit
~Gaining clarity when at a crossroads
~Deepening their connection to inner and spiritual guidance
