Connecticut friends! I’m excited to invite you to Dream Alchemy, a 4-session transformative workshop series designed to help you explore the hidden wisdom of your dreams.
Through a blend of teachings, guided meditation, and group dreamwork, you’ll learn how to:

✨ Work with symbols and archetypes
✨ Use rituals for deeper dream connection
✨ Enhance dream recall and lucid dreaming
