Kyana and her family presented with concerns of a large overjet, spacing, and flared incisors. She achieved a beautiful result in just 18 months of treatment with braces and elastics. A bonded ("permanent ") retainer was also placed on the lingual of her upper incisors to ensure that the central space stays closed in the long-term.
