Studies have proven that depression occurs at a rate of three to four times higher in those with chronic pain when compared to their healthier peers. The cycle of chronic pain and depression can continue on and on unless it is broken.

Hey everyone, we thought this was really interesting! In a study that compared the effectiveness of manual thrust manipulation (MTM) to that of traditional medical care, it was found that MTM had significantly higher rates of pain reduction in a 4-week period.
