Can we normalize not having it all together all the time? 😅
Because some days I’m:
✨ meal prepping
✨ drinking my water
✨ hitting my goals
…and other days I’m eating toast for dinner, grabbing chips and salsa, or calling a candy bar a snack and a coping mechanism 😂
The biggest thing I’ve learned on my journey is that wellness isn’t about having every day perfectly figured out.
Life gets stressful, messy, emotional, busy, and overwhelming sometimes — and you’re still allowed to keep going.
Not perfection.
Not restriction.
Not guilt.
Just consistency, support, and giving yourself grace while you figure it out 💚
So here’s your reminder today:
One “off” moment does NOT ruin your progress.
