We’re excited to welcome Christina Smith, MS, LPC, CADC to the PCBH team ✨

With over 20 years of experience in medical and behavioral health settings, Christina brings a depth of knowledge and compassion to her work. She specializes in supporting adolescents (16+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, communication challenges, anger, substance use, gambling, and weight-related concerns. She also offers dedicated support for bariatric clients and those experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Christina’s approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping, and create meaningful change.

At PCBH, a social work therapist is more than a role. It is advocacy, attunement, and showing up consistently for children and families in moments that matter. It is holding space for hard emotions, navigating complex systems, and helping others find their footing again.

We want to recognize Kymber, whose presence brings steadiness, insight, and care into every session. The way you connect, advocate, and lead with intention does not go unnoticed.
