After 15 years in private practice as a healer, she knows that one of the keys to a full life is to look past the symptoms of a problem to access the cause. I like helping people understand that they don't have to suffer from disease as they age if they know how to stay healthy. I've studied several holistic practices and therapies that help to round out my general knowledge about the human body, including Ayurveda, acupressure, yoga, and meditation. And as part of my practice, I offer Shirodara oil treatments and Hypnosis for clients who wish to try non-traditional therapies.
