Eyes are the window to our health
We can’t stress enough that a comprehensive eye exam (CEE) is not just about the numbers. One of the biggest benefit would be to obtain an insight into the health status. Simply by observing the cataract development, we would be able to detect signs of blood pressure issues, blood sugar issues, excessive inflammation, and premature aging. Blood vessels inside the eyes also provide us another perspective to your cardiovascular health (hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and inflammation). Thus, a CEE will help raise your awareness about your health beside the eye health. It is our mission to educate all our patients on how to protect themselves from eye diseases/systemic diseases by making changes to their diet, lifestyle, and by making proper referral medical treatment.
