In 1981, Dr. Muhammad Amjad opened the doors of his practice in Philadelphia dedicated to providing outstanding family dental care in a friendly atmosphere. Following in his footsteps, his son, Dr. Hammad R. Amjad, joined the practice and continue to work passionately with their father to meet the highest standards of dental care. Amjad, a native of Philadelphia, is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and has been practicing dentistry since 2007. Prior to starting his dental training he completed his undergraduate studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Biology. He has a deep interest in preventive dental care and believes patient education is paramount in successful treatment. He has spent significant time in community service as he has volunteered his services to under served communities and in local health fairs. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Association. Dr. Amjad enjoys rooting for his local teams and is a lifelong fan of the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers. In his free time he enjoys working on cars, creating ceramic art pieces, and playing sports. He is an avid reader and enjoys spending time traveling to different parts of the world when he is away from his work.
