☀️ Stay Safe in the Heat! ☀️
With temperatures rising, it's important for all of our clients and the amazing aides who care for them to stay cool and safe. Here are a few quick tips to beat the heat:
✅ Stay hydrated – sip water all day, not just when you're thirsty
✅ Avoid going out during peak heat (10am–4pm)
✅ Use fans or air conditioning to stay cool indoors
✅ Wear light, loose-fitting clothing
✅ Take cool showers or use damp washcloths on wrists and neck
✅ Watch for signs of heat exhaustion: dizziness, nausea, excessive sweating
