A lot of women chasing fat loss would change their physique far faster by building muscle first. (And feel 10x better doing so).

Muscle creates shape. Contrast. That “toned” look so many are trying to endlessly diet & cardio their way into.

It’s why you’ll see one woman eating 2500+ calories, training less, and looking more defined and fuller
 while another is struggling to survive on 1200, training harder, and slowly getting flatter, softer and weaker.

More muscle = the leaner you look, the higher resting metabolic rate,
increased insulin sensitivity, faster recovery, more energy, better mood, and a physique that doesn’t unravel the second you eat more.

Weight loss alone doesn’t do that. It simply creates a smaller version of the one you already have (without the perks).

The physique you’re chasing is built through having enough lean muscle mass in the first place, adequate caloric intake, strategic strength training, sufficient recovery, and enough patience develop a proper base.

Without that, there’s nothing for fat loss to reveal later.

Some of my most dramatic client transformations are the women who went from years of trying to shrink to building. They all said the same thing: their body changed more in 3 months of a proper nourishment + consistent training + the right internal support than it had in years of restriction.

The majority of individuals and athletes will face pain or injury at some point in their training journey.

The first instinct is usually to stop movingly entirely (followed by immediate panic).

But for those chasing longevity and continued progress, movement is a crucial part of healing.

Outlined are a few general strategies I’ve used with my clients to safely train around pain or injuries and return to full training without losing months of hard-earned progress.

Please keep in mind, every injury is unique and the process will be handled differently. Always consult a medical professional for diagnosis and proper guidance.
