you need with a caring touch. During you visit, our soft-spoken dentists carefully explain your treatment or service to ensure you are comfortable. In addition, we are pleased to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Affordability: Your treatment plan includes a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. The charges are payable at the time of treatment. However, we accept most insurance plans. To help you receive full insurance benefits, we submit the insurance claims for you. Please note that you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us when your account has not been paid within 30 days. The Initial Appointment: During your first scheduled visit at our office, we usually perform a comprehensive assessment which includes digital x-rays and an examination. Our reception desk coordinates all subsequent appointments at the most convenient time for you.
