We’re happy to announce new massage therapy services available at the gym and welcome Misty Guillaume! Misty Guillaume is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal well-being for both the mind and body. A graduate of Center for Natural Wellness of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY (2013) and a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Misty brings a highly professional and compassionate approach to her practice.

With a background in Physical Education, Misty is uniquely positioned to understand body mechanics and is passionate about incorporating this knowledge into her Sports Massage work to help athletes and active individuals recover and perform their best.

Misty’s specialties include Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Therapeutic Massage. Her philosophy is simple: “If I can make someone feel better (mind and body) I’ve done my job.” She looks forward to helping you reach your wellness goals.

I am thrilled to restart my massage therapy practice, with in-home visits to clients until I establish a permanent space. To manage my workload, I will begin by working every other weekend. My focus will be on serving existing clients and those referred by word of mouth. I have missed my clients and the practice of massage therapy, and I am eager to reconnect.
