We're hiring a Patient Services Representative.

Patient Service Representatives are the first point of contact with patients as they check into appointments. They work as a front desk customer-service agent and are responsible for written and verbal correspondence, scheduling, collecting co-payments, maintaining patient charts, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring overall patient satisfaction. Patient service representatives may have the opportunity to be cross-trained as medical assistants.

Meet Anisa. A Behaviorist here at Creek Valley 👋

Anisa started her career as a CNA in 2011 and quickly discovered a passion for caregiving. Since then, she's continued to grow, moving from CNA to Behavioral Health Technician to earning her bachelor's degree in 2025. Now she's working toward both a master's in social work and a law degree. When asked what she's proud of, her answer was simple: getting hired at Creek Valley.

What a year it's been at Creek Valley. We welcomed new faces to our team, expanded our services, and got to know so many of you a little better along the way. This work means a lot to us, and we're grateful you've let us be part of your health journey. Thank you for a wonderful 2025. 🎉

As we look ahead, here's a quick health checklist to help make 2026 a healthy and happy year:
✔️ Set your health goals for the year
✔️ Schedule your annual checkup
✔️ Book an eye exam if needed (vision insurance typically covers glasses or contacts)
✔️ Check if you're due for any cancer screenings
✔️ Schedule two dental exams
✔️ Schedule well-child visits for kids 20 and under
✔️ Replace your toothbrush or brush head every 3 months

We would like to take a moment to highlight Kareli, our Lead Patient Navigator.

Kareli has been a certified clinical medical assistant for 10 years, bringing her experience from various specialty clinics to our team. "I am a huge empath and I knew that healthcare would allow me the chance to showcase my deep care for humans," she shares.

When she's not helping patients navigate their care, Kareli is a published poet! You can find her work online and in local stores. She's also a proud mom to a son who inspires her and her husband to keep learning and growing every day.

Fun facts about Kareli:
🗣️She thinks in both Spanish and English
🦸🏽‍♀️ Her superpower? Making anyone laugh (eventually!) 🏝️Dream vacation: Hawaii to visit her nephews
