Some people find their calling, while others grow up in it. Having grown up near CommonSpirit Health Holy Cross Hospital - Davis, with a mother who worked for an ENT specialist on campus, Kyle Brostrom's early experience sparked a lifelong passion for healthcare.

Today, Kyle is the hospital's president and shares what serving the community that shaped him means to him.

We're proud to share that 10 hospitals in the Mountain Region have received an "A" Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an independent national nonprofit organization focused on patient safety.

This recognition is thanks to our care team, leadership, volunteers, and every person at Longmont United, Holy Cross - Jordan Valley, Holy Cross - Mountain Point, Holy Cross - Salt Lake, Mercy, Penrose, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony Summit, St. Francis Hospital, and St. Mary-Corwin hospitals who has played a significant role in making patient safety the foundation of care.

There's nothing like game night in Simla, Colorado! There is an undeniable energy of the community rallying behind the Simla High School football team, with an average of 500 fans surrounding the stands at each game.

Between the cheers and touchdowns, there's always the concern for the safety of the young athletes. Through the partnership with the Denver Broncos and CommonSpirit Health, the ALL IN. ALL COVERED. Program provides players with critical, advanced helmets, making player safety a top priority.

The program is much more than just distributing football equipment, it's a commitment to injury prevention and safety education.
