As I was fixing myself something to drink while I do some work, I saw my mom’s fine China (1st cup on the left). I noticed it’s elegant size of a serving. I looked at the next cup, which is a collection I have of China and then our standard cup today. 
So, if this is what we are doing with our drinks, it’s guaranteed we are also doing this with our food portions and our plates and our bowls. Drink and food for thought = an explanation to blood sugar levels, joint pain because of excess weight, heart disease, liver disease, diabetes, low energy levels…. I think that List is a good start to get our attention; at least I hope so.

I set two personal goals last year:
1. Learn from the best clinicians I had the opportunity to get with ✔️
2. End up in the top five in at least one class ✔️NCHA ✔️SCCHA in 2 classes
This is a big bonus! I started on a horse that knew so much more than I did, and who gave me so much grace!
Thank you Revlon🐴, Scott Amos, Al Dunning and Bill Riddle for extending so much patience and wisdom in lessons!
(and Miss Revlon just got a big green light on her ultrasound to carry if I decide to breed her👍)

This isn’t a joke at all. I actually know of a company that had a product and some high school kids got hold of more than they should’ve had and ended up in the hospital with damage to their kidneys.
Now, it ended up getting the company even more attention and their sales skyrocketed because our society struggles with sugar addictions that take a foot hold through artificial sweeteners.
Our bodies were designed with such perfection; don’t destroy them, they’re the only ones you’re going to get

Perfect for the winter season to keep the runny nose away! I made these with non-pulp orange juice, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and honey using grass-fed unflavored gelatin.
