The majority of issues I deal with when people come in for Stretch Therapy is:
Shoulders (impacts neck)
Low back (impacts hip flexors)
This can be due to injury, but most often I see a huge imbalance of opposing muscle groups that tag team off each each other
Most individuals train everything they can see in the mirror with a weak back line of the body:
Posterior delt
Rhomboids/lats
Glutes
Hamstring
Calf muscles
* if you are not confident about how to gain that balance, invest in a Strength coach with proven results to prevent postural issues, muscle tears and more.
Train the WHOLE body, not part of it, and if it’s hard to move; get some help!
