our baby's nervous system is still developing, which means the way you respond to them matters more than you think.

In the first 0-3 months, support looks like:
✨ Staying calm (your energy regulates theirs)
✨ Skin-to-skin and gentle touch for safety ✨ Slow, rhythmic movement like rocking or patting
✨ Keeping their environment quiet and low-stimulation
✨ Responding to their needs quickly

You don't need to do more. You're teaching their body they are safe.

If you want hands-on support and personalized guidance, I'm hosting a free CST clinic in Denver on May 24th.

If your baby prefers looking to one side more than the other it might be more than just a “preference”.

Sometimes this can be a sign of tension or imbalance in the body, often from positioning in the womb or birth patterns.

You might notice:
✨ Turning their head more easily one way
✨ Flattening on one side of the head
✨ Difficulty during tummy time
✨ Fussiness when positioned a certain way

This isn’t something to panic about but it is something to gently support early.

This is where craniosacral therapy (CST) can help 🤍

Through very gentle, hands-on work, CST supports:
✨ Releasing tension in the body
✨ Improving range of motion
✨ Supporting nervous system regulation
✨ Helping your baby feel more comfortable in different positions

Your baby’s body is always communicating…
sometimes they just need a little extra support to find balance again.

If you’ve been noticing this with your baby, you don’t have to figure it out alone DM me to learn more about how sessions can support your little one.

Your baby’s nervous system is still developing so the way you respond to them matters more than you think🤍

In the first 0–3 months, support looks like:
✨ Staying calm — your energy regulates theirs
✨ Skin-to-skin + gentle touch for safety
✨ Slow, rhythmic movement like rocking or patting
✨ Keeping their environment quiet + low stimulation
✨ Swaddling for comfort and security
✨ Making eye contact + using simple visuals to support development

Responding to their needs quickly teaches their body they are safe. You don’t need to do more, just create a space where their nervous system can settle and feel supported.

If you’re looking for more personalized, hands-on support, I’m hosting a Tummy Time Class on April 14th at Newma Wellness. In these classes we’ll go deeper into how to support your baby in a way that feels safe and effective .
