Thanks Pikes Peak Marathon & Ascent for the share!
Meet Sean Rimmer, PT, DPT, OCS
Sean is a running specialist physical therapist, and running coach in Colorado Springs, CO. Sean started his practice, Run Potential Rehab & Performance, due to his passion for working with individuals dealing with running-related injuries. The goal of starting his practice was to set the bar higher for his physical therapy services; by spending more time with patients, customizing specific treatment to each individual, and by being accountable for his patients every step of the recovery process and thereafter. Sean also provides movement skill, strength, performance-based training, and run coaching through Run Potential. In addition, Sean is a husband, a dog dad, and an avid runner. He's involved in local running groups in Colorado Springs and has run a multitude of races ranging from 5ks, the Pikes Peak Ascent & Marathon, and The Leadville Trail 100. His passion is truly all things running!
Now that you know his history, he's ready to help you start your training! In his 3-part series, Sean will highlight early, mid-stage, and late-stage training for the Pikes Peak Ascent or Marathon. You can find part 1 here:
