This month, we’re proud to highlight Ashleigh, a dedicated BCBA and Clinical Supervisor at our Macon center, who has been part of the BlueSprig family for over 2.5 years. Through her clinical leadership, mentorship, and passion for uplifting others, Ashleigh continues to make a lasting impact on our team and the families we serve.

As our BIPOC ERG Lead, Ashleigh has gone above and beyond to share meaningful resources, spark important conversations, and help foster a culture of belonging across BlueSprig. Her commitment to inclusion and advocacy strengthens our community every day.

Beyond our organization, Ashleigh actively supports families through consultative services, presents at conferences, and serves as a Sprig Lab Research Apprentice—helping grow research and professional development across our company. Most recently, she presented at the BWIBAAD Conference on empowering learners of color through culturally informed ABA practices.
