We kicked off NSHCW last week with a Fountain View Spirit Day! In addition to loads of FUN we had with our guess how many game, Ice cream social, and scavenger hunt... We completed our Tapestry of Life Tree!

Our Tapestry of Life Tree showcases our wonderful staff and residents, and how each person is a thread in our vibrant Tapestry- Woven together to create a masterpiece that symbolizes the diversity and unity in our community!

Special THANK YOU to Michele from Gentiva Hospice for providing our building with Sweet Treats during our Ice cream social! We are greatly appreciative!!!
