Timed trails for the 5-mile fan bike ride first quarter complete ✅ 🧭 😓 improving my cardiovascular health or “cardio” has now become a staple in my programming because I always gravitated towards strength exercises ever since I got into the health and wellness space
Not gonna lie that first one in January I barely had the endurance to complete it. Feeling so much better conditioned after a couple months.
Anyone who has a fitness/cardio goal 🥅 Begin with the end in mind. Plan your months out, have a process and a way to track your progress. Then go CRUSH IT 🤝
