Holy Smokes!! I can’t believe it has already been a year since I have opened up my business in 🥰 I am absolutely in love with my practice - to be able to create a healing room where people can soften and relax is an honor and a privilege I hold near to my heart.

Whether it’s preparing for an endurance race, recovering from a brutal multi-pitch, adding in RnR to end an adventure filled vacation, or looking to turn inward for inner peace - I am blessed to have held space for so many different people this past year. And I hope for many more years to come!!
