So, I have the best clients. Dutch Bros and then a lemon tart from 2 different clients brought back to back. What a pleasant surprise and a welcome treat on a day that was just ugh. Both of these clients just accepted new job positions and I love being a part of the excitement that accompanies positive change 💕

Seeking an administrative assistant for a busy addictions counseling office located in the K**b Hill area.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Answers phone calls, schedules classes/ groups and individual sessions between counselors and clients.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning files, administering UA's, etc.
• Completes operational requirements by managing projects and assisting counselors.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Supports senior staff by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Processes intake information from new clients.

Part time: 20-30 hours per week. Training provided. Competitive pay.
